Om Sri Gurubhyo Namah! Hari Om! Salutations to Sri Punyalingeswara Swamy, accompanied by the twelve great Jyotirlingas, Sri Jaya Siddhi Vinayaka, and Goddess Manikyamba. With the divine blessings of the Almighty, a special celebration was organised at Amma Nanna Anadha Ashramam, located in the Choutuppal Mandal of the Yadadri region. This sacred shelter provides care, love, and support to nearly 500 underprivileged and destitute individuals, including those facing mental health challenges. On this auspicious occasion, the first birthday of little Tanvishri, daughter of Sri Ramesh Korlakunta and Smt. Narmada, residents of Hyderabad and belonging to the Cherukumalla Gothra, was celebrated with great joy and devotion.
The birthday celebration became even more special as Tanvishri's first birthday cake was cut in the presence of the Ashramam residents. Their smiles and happiness added a beautiful meaning to this memorable occasion. Sharing the joy of a child's birthday with those who need love and support is a wonderful expression of compassion and humanity. We extend our heartfelt birthday wishes to little Tanvishri. May she grow with good health, happiness, wisdom, prosperity, and the abundant blessings of Sri Punyalingeswara Swamy. Happy First Birthday, Tanvishri!
To commemorate this special milestone, the family generously organised an Annadanam Food Donation Programme for the residents of Amma Nanna Anadha Ashramam. This noble service was supported by her grandparents, Sri Nageswara Rao and Smt. Indira, her parents, Sri Ramesh Korlakunta and Smt. Narmada, her elder brother Ronith, and her grandfather Sri Narasimha Rao. The Annadanam was also offered in loving memory of her late grandmother, Smt. M. Ramalakshmi, seeking her divine blessings. The family members personally participated in serving meals, making the occasion a heartfelt celebration of love, remembrance, and selfless service.
Annadanam is regarded as one of the greatest forms of charity in Indian tradition. Providing food to hungry and underprivileged individuals is not merely a charitable act but a sacred offering to humanity. Through this thoughtful initiative, Tanvishri's family demonstrated that birthdays become truly meaningful when happiness is shared with others. The noble message of Annadata Sukhibhava may those who provide food always be blessed with happiness and prosperity—reflects the spiritual significance of this service.
We warmly invite devotees, well-wishers, and generous donors to support the Annadanam Seva at Amma Nanna Anadha Ashramam. Those who are unable to visit the Ashramam personally can also contribute towards this noble cause. With your support, we will offer prayers at the Shiva temple and arrange meals for the needy, allowing you to participate in this sacred service from wherever you are. Every contribution, regardless of its size, can bring happiness to someone in need. May Sri Punyalingeswara Swamy bless Tanvishri and her entire family with everlasting happiness and prosperity, and may this spirit of compassion and Annadanam Seva continue to inspire many more people.
