Om Sri Guru Namah! With the divine blessings of Guru Brahma, Guru Vishnu, and Guru Maheshwara, we offer our humble prayers to the Almighty. On this auspicious day during the Shukla Paksha (bright fortnight) of the current lunar month, we performed special prayers and offered sacred flowers, akshatas, and other traditional pooja offerings. We prayed for the peace of the departed soul and sought divine blessings for the well-being, happiness, and prosperity of our family members, Venkata Ramana, Nagamani, Divya, and Soumya.
Annadanam, the sacred act of offering food to others, is considered one of the greatest forms of charity in Hindu tradition. Food is essential for life, and feeding the hungry is regarded as a noble service to humanity. With this belief and devotion in our hearts, we decided to organize an Annadanam Donation programme at Amma Nanna Anadha Ashramam. Contributing toward an Orphanage Food Donation is a deeply meaningful way of expressing gratitude to the Almighty, supporting vulnerable lives, and seeking His divine grace.
My name is Baka Venkata Ramana, and my wife's name is Nagamani. Together, we have had the privilege of organizing this food seva at Amma Nanna Anadha Ashramam. It gives us immense happiness and satisfaction to serve the residents here, who deserve love, care, respect, and compassion. By offering food and spending this meaningful occasion in their service, we feel blessed to bring a little happiness into their lives.
On this sacred occasion, we also had the fortunate opportunity to visit the Shiva temple and offer our prayers to Lord Shiva. With devotion, we performed the traditional worship, offered flowers, incense, sacred food offerings, and Mangala Harathi to the Almighty. We sincerely prayed for the peace of the departed soul and for the health, happiness, and prosperity of our entire family. May Lord Shiva, the compassionate protector of all beings, shower His blessings upon everyone.
Through this humble act of Annadanam and our prayers at the Shiva temple, we wish to dedicate the merits of our service to the Almighty. May the departed soul attain eternal peace, and may our family members receive good health, happiness, and prosperity. May everyone who contributed to preparing and serving the food, as well as those who received and partook in it, be blessed abundantly. We pray that Lord Shiva's divine grace remains with all and inspires us to continue serving the needy with love, humility, and devotion.
